Everhome by Choice Hotels

With an increased demand for extended-stay hotels in Newnan, Georgia, the Turnstone Group collaborated with BRR to build the first Version 2.0 Everhome Suites project. The new design feels like home while providing modern finishes and a fresh aesthetic for both short-term and long-term guests.

BRR and Choice Hotels worked together to streamline the original Everhome Suites prototype and implement the updated design throughout the construction process. Our teams maximized the square footage and, in doing so, added an extra guest room which increases the client’s potential revenue. This Everhome Suites location includes one-bedroom suites, a feature not common with most midrange extended-stay hotels.

Jurisdiction requirements challenged BRR designers to have a 40% minimum stone façade. The final design features flat limestone panels for a modern, monolithic touch while incorporating bright wood accents and warm exterior lighting. A custom canopy extension covers guests and their vehicles upon check-in to provide cover from the hot Georgia summers and cold winters.

The collective team worked together to create rooms that feel residential in nature with in-room features like kitchenettes, soft seating and workstation. Guests can utilize outdoor communal areas that simulate a backyard experience with barbeque grills, patio furniture and string lights. This Everhome Suites will provide the Newnan community with a welcoming, contemporary and reliable extended-stay option, especially for guests receiving long-term medical treatment at nearby health centers.
