Eirene has more than 30 years of experience working nationally with building and fire codes. She’s written and presented code changes to clarify language in the code and has provided testimony on proposed code changes. Prior to joining BRR, Eirene served as a Building Official, a Senior Plans Analyst, a Building Inspector and Permit Technician. She has taught several codes-related courses at various conferences and the National Fire Academy.  Eirene takes every opportunity at BRR to educate designers and help them advance their architectural knowledge.
