We are proud to announce the following as they are promoted to Senior Associate:
Austin Abbott, AIA, has been promoted to Senior Associate within BRR’s leadership group. Austin has been with BRR since 2011, starting in the Bentonville office, and is now part of the team in our Austin office. He is a Project Manager and has experience working with a variety of national grocery clients. He has worked on several project types including remodels and prototype development and maintenance. Austin has been essential in leveraging the firm’s BIM capabilities to meet our clients’ needs on large scale projects.
Scott Brown, AIA, has been promoted to Senior Associate within BRR’s leadership group. He joined BRR in 2010 and works in our Kansas City office. Scott helps lead a studio of more than 30 team members working on retail remodel projects throughout the country. He works with his clients to implement cutting edge technologies into existing facilities. Scott has been a key voice in enhancing the programs and support BRR offers to professional staff pursuing licensure and he’s been a mentor to multiple team members going through the ARE process.
Mary Beth Gregory, AIA, has been promoted to Senior Associate within BRR’s leadership group. Mary Beth helps lead the Philadelphia team and is a Project Manager for one of the firm’s retail clients, which includes multi project site adaptations. She has been with BRR since 2012 and has worked on multiple retail and grocery clients in several regional offices, managing different regions across the country with experience in all phases of the design process.
And, BRR is pleased to share the following have been promoted to the leadership team as Associates:
Kelly Neiling, AIA, has been promoted to the BRR leadership team as an Associate. Since joining BRR in 2011, Kelly has worked on a variety of project types from restaurant tenant improvements to high profile grocery stores. Kelly currently manages a team focused on convenience store and travel center projects, and has become a trusted advisor to her clients with her extensive knowledge of restaurant prototype design. She works closely with our clients to determine their project goals and maintains regular communication with both the client and project team throughout the life of the project.
Tyler Lewis, AIA, has been promoted to the BRR leadership team as an Associate. Tyler joined BRR in 2013 and currently works in our Kansas City office. As a program lead, he has been integral in implementing and adapting program design standards into active projects at various stages of completion. Day-to-day, Tyler works with designers through all project phases, from entitlement, design development through construction document production and contract administration, providing daily consultant and client coordination, and follow-up related to jurisdictional questions and concerns.
Culin Thompson, AIA, has been promoted to the BRR leadership team as an Associate. Culin joined BRR in 2017 and works as a Program Manager in our Seattle office. He brings experience in hospitality, retail, multi-family, market analysis and urban planning to projects spanning from Washington State to Florida. Leading a wide range of hotel projects and programs from extended-stay to independent hospitality ventures, Culin works with clients to optimize development approaches and operational functions from concept design through construction administration.
