Leawood Village

BRR is collaborating with developers on an extensive redevelopment project located at 86^th and State Line Road in Leawood, KS, near the Ward Parkway Shopping Center in Kansas City, MO. Leawood Village is a mixed-use development which includes a 182-unit apartment complex, 24 townhomes and 17,000+ square feet of both office and retail space.

The team gathered input from the local community though the public engagement process to address any concerns from residents in the nearby neighborhoods. BRR’s scope of work includes the overall site master plan, as well as the architectural design and illustration, construction documents and construction administration for the main multi-family building.
