Cotopaxi

BRR and Cotopaxi are collaborating on new store and remodel projects across the country. From finish palettes and fixtures to landlord coordination, our team is helping the outdoor apparel retailer roll out their branding through store design nationwide.

The majority of the new locations are tenant improvement projects averaging 2,000 square feet. BRR is working with Cotopaxi to develop internal design standards that can be replicated across all of their new stores, helping them standardize an aesthetic that would bring their brand to life. Our team coordinates closely with consultants to document and execute the design. Each project is handled via a four-to-five-week construction document phase, and then our team tracks projects through permitting and assist in construction administration.
