Post Oak Plaza

Post Oak Plaza, located in uptown Houston, Texas, is a luxury shopping destination in one of the most sought-after retail hubs in the area. The client’s goal was to reenergize the existing center into a modern shopping destination to match the new, vibrant surrounding development and attract the most in-demand retailers and restaurants.

The center totals 128,770 square-feet across three buildings. BRR incorporated dark brick and Trespa panels to update the existing storefronts into a modern, cohesive façade. The team also added dramatic exterior lighting to enhance the shopping center’s aesthetic appeal and visibility during evening hours. Despite challenges from outdated existing structural drawings, BRR coordinated closely with new and existing tenants to achieve different degrees of modifications to their storefronts while remaining open for business during construction.

The updated façade of Post Oak Plaza compliments the modernized development of the surrounding area, positioning it as an attractive retail and restaurant destination in one of Houston’s most visible intersections.
